Low G tuning, key of C (GCEA, bass to treble), strings are plain Bionylon with one aluminum wound nylon strand string. Bionylon is a new polymer developed by Aquila. The sound is more warm and mellow than Nylgut. According to the maker, Bionylon allows for a 50% reduction of carbon dioxide emissions during manufacture.
