Sized for typical openback style banjos with an 12" rim unit. Banjo is held securely in place with the pressure pad suspension system. This is also a good choice for 11" openback banjos with large ball lugs, becoming more common these days. The ball lugs increase the overall diameter more than the typical L-lugs.
